Minecraftians!
A major new version of Minecraft has arrived!
Indeed, version 1.21, also called the « Tricky Trials Update », has been released and is now available on BoxToPlay! This new version brings plenty of new features such as:
- Addition of « Trial Chambers », dangerous underground structures.
- Two new mobs: Breeze and Bogged.
- A new weapon: the mace, with three exclusive enchantments.
- New blocks, including copper and tuff variants, and blocks specific to trials.
- New items such as trial keys, potions, special arrows, and music discs.
- Twenty new paintings, new banner patterns, and armor decorations.

Data packs now support enchantments, paintings, and music discs.

Chunk loading performance improvements.

New status effects, advancements, and ambient sounds.
- Boats can now be leashed.
Sounds exciting, doesn’t it?
Great news, it’s very easy to install! It’s even the default version when you start renting your server 
Already have a server in an earlier version but want to upgrade to 1.21? No problem, just go to your server’s control panel
Access the « Minecraft Installation » tab on the left
Choose the fork that interests you the most (Classic, Spigot, Paper, Forge, etc…)
Click install, confirm, and voila! In no time, your server is updated to 1.21!
Attention: Please note that changing the fork/version of the server carries risks of map corruption, compatibility issues with mods/plugins, and more. Make sure to back up your data before doing so
